Our Organization

Professional Service Group LLC (PSG)/Peninsula Cleaning Maids  was started in 2014 by Philip and his business partner, Ynes. Throughout hard work, we have been able to grow to a successful reputable business in the Monterey Community.  PSG began with residential cleaning services and has expanded into commercial office spaces. PCM employees are educated and trained and use commercial grade products to properly handle your facility needs. Our portfolio of clients consists of Commercial Offices, Real Estate, Property Management, Banks, Hotels, Residential Houses, and more!

About the Owner and CEO

Phil Mochinski

Philip began his work journey as an entrepreneur at the age of 9 delivering newspapers and cutting lawns. Over the course of 10+ years, his experience has expanded into working for small and large organizations in the sales field. His ambition to work with people and provide high-quality service has become a core part of his business.

Originally from Seattle, WA, Philip moved to the Monterey Peninsula in 2007 to pursue higher education. Philip graduated from San Jose State University, with a B.S. in Marketing and has achieved his Insurance Brokerage License from California‚Äôs Department of Insurance. On his days off Philip enjoys staying active by hiking, playing basketball, and going back to Washington State to see his Family.
